VIP Cosmetics Lipliner Pencil LL18 Chocolate Mocca

These are the best quality pencils I have ever used. They do not break or dry out like the Dior or Lancome pencils I used to buy. They do not break when I sharpen them. The color goes on evenly and looks great. They are obviously very high quality pencils.
