Hi Cesli, I have been using this waist trainer for about a month and I have lost maybe an inch or 2 from my waistline. Jeans that I could not previously close fit again. I'm already on second row of clasps. I use it for about 6-8 hours a day, but take it off once I'm home relaxing. ;-)

The heading states this is a three hook cincher, but in the description is states it is a 2 hook. Which one is it?

The one i received has 3 rows of hooks.

I don't think so! I own 3 authentic ann chery waist shapers and none of them smell bad. The one I received from Columbia Shapewear smelled so TOXIC I couldn't stand it. The smell stayed on my hands for hours even after repeated washings. I returned it and now the seller is taking her sweet time to give me my refund.

I just received my waist cincher, it fits but the hook and eye closures will not stay hooked. What could be the problem?

Mine was very tight. I had to have help getting it on it was tight { sadly} with that said there was quite a strain on the waist cincher, I wore it all day and I did not have a problem with the hook or eyes. Sounds like a defect.
