**Q: is it as simple as marinade overnight and grill? No other seasonings or specific way to cook?**
A: If you´re cooking Pork please follow this instructions:
1. ¨Butterfly¨ the pork joint to make sure thickness averages 1.5 to 2 inches to ensure even cooking.
2. Add the seasoning and rub well in, making sure all areas are seasoned.
3. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
4. Start cooking at medium heat, and then reduce heat to lowest setting and cook slowly until tender.

**Q: I have received medium when the photo says hot.  How do i make sure you know i want whats in the photo?**
A: All the spur tree jerk marinade have the same flavor profile, just more seeds in the hot...if you got the wrong product, and are dissatisfied...that's between you and amazon

Just pulled some jerk chicken thighs off the grill after they marinated in this goodness for 2 days and this is my favorite chicken meal I've had this year. Every jerk marinade i get in the states fails to use scotch bonnets and puts loads of allspice in it. As soon as I open the bottle, my eyes lit up. This is legit- has my beloved scotch bonnets and no overpowering allspice! Super flavorful, brings me right back to the jerk cart in ochie! Little goes a long way so really excellent value. Yum yum!
