A Selection of Designs Inspired by Iznik and Delft Pottery in Cross Stitch

Excellent for fresh ideas

This book is full of great pictures and instructions for sewing. Lots of the designs could be mixed and matched therefore giving you even more scope for making designs. I think it is very well laid out and a lot of thought has gone into it. Very pleased indeed with it and have order another in the same type.

There are a lot of various sized, lovely patterns that look easy to follow and I am looking forward to trying them.

Lovely book, Arrived on time. The designs are colourful+ nicely set out. I used a border one, to make a bookmark for my daughter. And was quite pleased with the end result. So I would recommend this book.

Very good designs

I loved this book. The designs are divine and really quite special. Inspired by well known pottery, each design is simple, using just a few shades of thread. The charts are easy to follow, and are larger than the actual finished piece. Each design vary in size so can be used for pin cushions and tags, the larger designs are ideal for wall hangings and samplers. The recommended thread is DMC, and an accompanying colour guide is listed. This is a book any cross stitcher will love. I made a larger design and I watched it come alive with each stitch. They are absolutely beautiful

This is a brilliant book you can adapt some of the bigger patterns to use just a portion of the pattern. Haven’t stopped using it since having it as a Christmas present.

Questo libro è davvero ben fatto. La carta utilizzata è molto buona e la qualità della stampa eccezionale: i colori rendono benissimo, sono perfetti. Il contenuto, poi, è favoloso! Nelle prime pagine troviamo una galleria di immagini dei progetti realizzati, uno più bello dell'altro; a seguire gli schemi, stampati in grande, a colori, con indicate le dimensioni e i filati DMC da utilizzare. Non vedo l'ora di mettermi all'opera. Lo consiglio caldamente!

I bought this book because I love Turkish tile work and I own another book she did and love it. I had no idea how great the designs would be as only the cover and back were visible. The patterns are very well done and the projects are a variety of different sizes. I have done some really complicated mill hill patterns and by comparison these are much easier but just as beautiful. I'm really looking forward to doing this. I think I'm going to even preorder her newest book.

Arrived Jan 10th, the other 9 items ordered on the same day arrived in plenty of time. Shame because the book itself is very much appreciated for it's quality patterns.

love all the blue and white designs ..range from flowers n vases to double paged tea pot collections ,a few dish patterns with napkins. mofits too. a design for anytime if your looking for a large project or a small this books got them all. plus its a durene jones book . the queen of cross stitch.
