As with all extended warranties, they can be great or a waste of money, and you really never know until it expires. The good thing is, it was pretty affordable for a $400 chair, so even if I never have to use it, and ultimately I hope the chair outlasts the warranty, I don't feel like it would be a waste of money. It is delivered via email shortly after you make your purchase.
