Best damn seasoning blend. PERIOD.
Slap your mama is absolutely the BEST seasoning blend out there. I used to use Tony’s and I was happy with that, but you don’t know what you don’t know, right? Slap your mama is so much better. It has the heat. The red can is my husband‘s favorite and the yellow can I can take to my parents. The red can is the hot Cajun seasoning and it is delicious. Sprinkle a little bit on your corn on the cob and it’s fantastic! I just microwave some corn on the cob in the shuck in the microwave for 3 1/2 minutes take it out put a little bit of butter and slap Your mama and it is delicious. Sprinkle it on top of some potatoes, mixed it up with a little bit of sour cream. It has replaced Cayenne pepper in my kitchen. It is the best seasoning! Move over Tony’s, slap your mama is taking over! The yellow can or the original is the perfect amount of spice for most people but for me in my household, the red is where it’s happening! Perfect blend of spice and flavor! For some amazing dip mix a little bit with some olive oil and some garlic and dip. Your bread in it is delicious. This is replaced so many bottles in my cabinet. Don’t hesitate on buying this. It is the best!

That there is some tasty stuff
This does fantastic if you’re going to have a shrimp boil this seasoning is perfect! It’s not overpowering, has a little bit of spice, but not enough to hurt. If you want your food to taste delicious and not burn your mouth up this is it. I love this stuff and will buy again.

Cajun is my favorite, but you can also purchase the original ifBut they all are great seasonings.
I love this seasoning because it gives my food a delicious taste, and when you use slap ya mama, you don't have to use to much salt, it does everything that is expected in your cooking.

Delicious love having both as an option
I don’t like writing or submitting reviews but this one is worth it. I did not think I would like this, as I do not like spicy things but my husband does. I over heard someone saying, remind me to get some Slap Your Mama at the store. I looked it up and decided to give it a try. It is delicious and now we each have our own flavor choice. He has the hot and I have the original. It tastes great on all veggies and I can imagine it tastes great on meats but can not say, since I don’t eat animal products.

Great tasting spice
I finally tried Slap Ya Mama seasoning after hearing so many good things about it, and it didn't disappoint! It has great flavor with just the right amount of heat. I've used it on chicken, potatoes, and veggies, and it makes everything taste better. A little goes a long way, and I'll definitely be buying it again.

Definitely cajun seasoning but its 50% salt - very light dusting only
This is a good spice, it smells and tastes like a high quality Cajun spike pot... but there is frankly too much salt in it. Way too much! If you're like me and you take a supermarket (Waitrose) pot of Cajun seasoning and completely smother your food, avoid this product as the salt volume will make it inedible. However, if you enjoy a light dusting (very light?), this product is about right for you.
