This is an amazing product... I like to start the day with either overnight oats of chia pudding, and a couple of teaspoons of this powder gives a beautiful flavour... I would ideally like to use fresh strawberries, but imported strawberries at this time of year are completely flavourless compared to our own (in season) strawberries... This powder is freeze dried and ground strawberries... Absolutely nothing else added... All the good stuff is retained, so its a great alternative to fresh... Although I havent tried using it in cakes, cookies, shakes etc. I'm certain it would be lovely... Highly recommended

Good quality fruit powder, great for tasty smoothies.

When I say 'best' I mean, healthiest that tastes amazing. I actually take collagen powder for my skin. However, take a glass of cool skimmed milk (less fat, good calcium), add a tablespool of collagen powder and a tablespoon (or to taste) of this MAGIC freeze dried powder (try different flavours, it works for all) and I don't add sugar. Then get yourself one of those dinky little hand mixers (aerolatte or similar) and you have the most delicious, refreshing, scrumptious milk shake ever. Although, this is not just for milkshakes. Try it on cereals, deserts, rather dull flavoured but worthy, healthy dishes and it turns them into a real treat. Thisis one of those amazing discoveries that really does change the pleasure of eating, especially if one has to eat 'healthily'.

Fine powder that wasn't gritty at all. I used it to flavour buttercream for a birthday cake. Everyone loved it. Still got loads left for another one

Ordered twice. First time was wonderful fine powder that made yoghurt very tasty. Second time it was quite grainy/seedy and less flavourful. Due to inconsistency I am hesitant to order again as I am not sure what I will receive

This stuff is disgusting. It doesn’t not smell or taste like strawberry. More like old straw. I tried to see if I could return it but since it’s opened food, I’m out of luck. I wonder if I got a spoiled batch? I’m really disappointed. This was expensive and it’s unusable!
