No, it has stretchy fabric but is too big for a Pelegrín 16.9 oz plastic sparkling water bottle. It might work on a one liter bottle though don’t have one to test.

I don't know, but it does work with Samsung Galaxy

Does this fit an iPhone 11 pro max?

I doubt it. It could barely accommodate my iPhone 6. Plus the fact that it’s very flimsy and not really all that sturdy for a larger phone. I found it really clunky to deal with and more trouble than it was worth. I would try something with a little more structure!

Does the material keep your phone dry? The description says quick drying, but I'm curious if your phone gets sweaty during a long workout.

I am a motivated walker? But I don't sweat like crazy. I am very pleased with the perfomance of the sleeve however.
