This book has some good information and tips if you're interested in boxing.

Boxing can be a form of exercise!
Even though I had not tried boxing as a form of exercise before, reading this book really caught my interest. It is well written and easy to follow the step by step instructions on how to get started in this sport. I'd recommend it to anyone trying to find a new exercise routine.

This Book is not worth buying.
This book provides literally no information you couldn't find on the internet. There's no pictures for guided development. Just motherhood and apple pie discussion points. It appears it was thrown together to make a buck. And, there's no process for reimbursement. I DON"T recommend.

What the hell is this
I can’t believe this is a “published” piece of writing.This is one poorly written and uninformative. Aka useless. Reads like the transcript of a rando youtube video
