I switched back and forth between these and my 1816 alum shaft arrows and EVERY TIME the grouping on these arrows were much tighter I am Very HAPPY with customer service,one of the tips had a bad thread so I emailed them, I got a response the next day saying they were sending me some replacement tips and then a day later sent me the tracking number. I have shot many expensive arrows, and for the price I paid for these, I would say they are a great value for target practice. For the price they are accurate, relatively sturdy, and neatly made. They are not as durable as other much more expensive arrows I have, but they'll survive long enough to get your money's worth out of them. I've had one of the 6 arrows come damaged, and they are already sending 2 replacements, so if you are expecting these to have comparable wear durability to $20-a-pop arrows you will be disappointed.
