I am very happy with this purchase, and the customer service is excellent. They are advertised as sweat proof and for sports, so I purchased these with the intent to use them for running on an indoor treadmill 5 days a week. I also thought the magnets were a super cool feature. Sadly, after about 2 weeks of use, the headphones will no longer turn on, charge up, and the light doesn't turn on when it's plugged in. Prior to this, I was using another brand which cost 19.99 and lasted for a year and a half.UPDATE:The seller contacted me about the broken headphones and immediately shipped me out a replacement pair. The first pair I received was defective, and the replacement pair works very well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ sound is so loud and clear, mic as well *by A***R on February 22, 2019* I love these! My sister got me these after I was eyeing them for awhile. I was stuck with some Bluetooth headphones that were pretty basic but I ran it through the washer and dryer and one headphone stopped working. I mainly used it for gym. I also bought other basic wired ones that had very low sound. So I was stuck with two crappy sounding headphones. I didn't want to have to buy wireless and wired headphones. I like wired in case I forget to charge which happens frequently. I literally just got these and I am wowed. The sound is so loud and clear. The mic is super clear as well and can be heard without any problems. These come with 4 different pair which is the best because I have trouble with in the ear buds as usually they never fit me. The smallest ones did the job. The pouch is also an added bonus, and the fact that they came fully charged. Had no problem connecting to my phone or with the wired part. These are worth far more than the current price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing headphones and can't beat the price. *by A***R on February 22, 2019* picked these up to replace my Q7's. Nothing wrong with them, my dad just really liked them and took them, so i thought i'd upgrade since they were on sale for the same price. Glad i did. The battery is noticably better than the QY7's and the range is much larger.I wear these rock climbing and when i am bouldering, i leave my phone in one spot. every time i reach the top with the QY7's i'd lose connection til i walk about around the structure to where i left my phone and chalk. I tested these out and i still am connected from one end of the gym to the other.I do like that they're smaller in my ear than the QY7's, however, sometimes while running its annoying having the weight of the controls dangling beside your face.It was very well packaged and came with a large amount of different sized pieces. My only complaint about the packaging is that it was too tightly wound around the foam block and now there's a kink in the wire. So far functionality isn't affected but I get bugged by little things like that.It does come with a case/baggie, but it's not as nice as the QY7 or Q12's. but i ended up buying a bulk pack of clam shell caseshttps://www.amazon.com/dp/B06Y5TBNZS/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_36 i got 5 for the price of the wireless earbuds one you can buy seperately.
