They said the warranty applies only if you by directly from them.I am not a happy customer. ### ⭐⭐ Don't be fooled *by G***B on Reviewed in the United States on January 25, 2021* Some factual info in case you are thinking of buying this.The vest does NOT have the advertised eyeglass chamois, attached or unattached. (But it sounds nice, no?)The vest does NOT have 16 pockets. Apparently they think that, if you can describe 1 pocket in 2 different ways, it becomes 2 pockets. Scottevest has always been very creative in the way it calls something a pocket. But with this vest it is particularly misleading.There are 4 external pockets: 2 upper and 2 lower. The left chest pocket left has a small double mesh compartment in which you can put some currency, or a credit / business card. It will hold my iPhone. But I only put it there when I do not need to access the phone quickly.The Lower right pocket has an elastic loop for holding a water bottle that is far too small to hold any but the smallest water bottles. It does hold a small eyeglass case. Deep in the corner is a teensy pocket with a fierce hook and loop closure. It's best to take the jacket off to open it. It's described as a change pocket. It might hold 2-3 small coins or a wedding band. I have used it to hold a nano SIM card case. There is a small, removable carabiner, on a short length of nylon webbing to hold keys. It is described at retractable. It isn't. You use your keys by taking them off the carabiner. I bought a retractable spring type key holder -- like the one they give you in their heavier weight travel vests. It's a pity this 150 dollar vest (same price as the ones with double the features) couldn't include that.Inside there are two pen slots and two pockets. On the lower right there is a very large pocket that runs from the middle to the bottom of the vest and from edge to edge on the right side. On the left, in the middle, is a long pocket that is the size and shape of a large business envelope. It can hold a boarding pass, folded eTicket printout, etc. There is a mesh ID card holder sewn to the front of this pocket, that is the size of a credit card. Inside the pocket there is a an RFID protection pouch that is held in place by velcro and can be removed, presumably so you don't ruin the anti-spy coating when you wash the vest.That's it. Some description refer to a back pocket on the Featherweight vest. There is none. Even using the most generous and loose interpretation of "pocket", I can only come up with 11 -- or 13, if I include the pen slots. A realistic interpretation would be that this has 6 pockets, 3 of which have special features. ### ⭐⭐ Doesn't breathe, bad zippers. *by H***K on Reviewed in the United States on July 22, 2018* I hate to give such a low rating, but there are some issues. I will start by saying the vest fits very well, and is of quality construction. I bought this vest because it was advertised as "featherweight", which I thought would mean it was suitable for hot weather. The material doesn't breathe, so you get no air moving across your torso when wearing it. Quite stifling in hot weather. The number and size of pockets is great. I stopped storing items in my pants pockets long ago, and began wearing vests everyday as a means of carrying all those items we take with us everywhere, wallet, keys, phone, etc. The zippers of the pockets ALWAYS get snagged up on the material. Whether it be opening or closing, you can bet the zipper will grab onto the vest and get stuck. Not good for easy and or quick access. The snagging of the zipper requires you to stop what you are doing and pull the material out of the zipper to allow you access. I expected the zipper to break, or a large hole to form from all this pulling, but that's not happened so far.
