I have been using this product for years. It is aloe based instead of alcohol, and it doesn’t leave you feeling like your skin is on fire, like many other pain relief cream products do. It’s great on sore muscles, but my primary use is for my migraines. Find the tender areas on your scalp, temples, back of the neck where it meets the skull, etc., and rub a little bit in each of those angry areas. Feels so soothing. It has a mild menthol smell at first, but it mellows out to a pleasant mild herbal lavender scent after about 20-30 minutes. A little goes a long way, a jar lasts me a very long time.

I have bursitis and couldn’t live without this product it has made my life bearable. I am so happy to finally have found something not from Pharma. It has a strong odor at first but dissipates. Anything to make the pain go away. I was no longer able to walk.

Relives pain and helps

The pain relief gel feels quite cool upon application and does provide some pain relief. I don't like cold because I live in cold State, though not a great deal. I had to reapply it after two hours. The level of relief isn't particularly high. I'd rate it around four stars. The name is China-Gel, but it is making at The USA.

This pain relief gel works quickly and provides long-lasting relief for sore muscles and joints. It absorbs well without feeling greasy, and a little goes a long way. Great product to keep on hand.

Can't live without it. Our 29 year old daughter agrees it works like no other for pain.

Seems to help joint discomfort

wow workd really good. i bought this for my 72 years old mom that she has back pain and other pains and she says this really helps a lot for her pain to relieve. i would recommend that if you buy this you guys won't regret. worth the price.

Amazing pain relief

This product is amazing. I used it constantly while I was waiting for knee surgery. I also tried many other similar products but this was far and above the best.
