Effective
I had been getting ear infections - swimmers ear - and do not swim. I do sweat a lot and also use ear buds to play music all day long. The doctor said the infections were happening due to moisture in my ears and recommended when I got that initial feeling to apply these drops. I have had to 3 times now and they immediately absorb the water in my ears. I was also told not to overuse them and not to use them if there was ear pain. Sometimes you get that water in your ear that just won't come out and it gets very frustrating. These drops are the answer. But if you in any way think it may be an infection be sure to go to the doctor first and don't use these as a substitute,. Excellent product when used correctly.

Finally something that works!
I get the worst water logged ears and haven’t been able to find the right solution. This stuff is my new best friend. I put the drops in at night before bed (after swimming) and by the morning my ears are back to normal! I’m so happy this product has changed my life in the water!I also bought the Mack’s ear plugs to prevent water getting in my ears in the first place and those also work pretty well too! This drying aid is now my back up.

Prevents ear bacterial and fungal infections
Works very well at drying out your ears, while also lubricating with glycerine. I am a swimmer, so spend long hours in pool or ocean. My ears despite ear plugs, are wet deep inside. When the skin is wet, immunity is compromised, and you get fungal infections or bacterial infections deep inside the ear. If you dry them out with a Q tip, then put some of these drops in the ear, they work to prevent any ear problems.Any of these products work, and this is no better or worse than Swimmer's Ear drops. These drops prevent the ailment called Swimmer's Ear. I believe Mack's has some nice earplugs too. This will be my next purchase. I am not happy with the Speedo ear plugs.

Good for all swimmers
This product is easy to use, non-irritating, and effective. If you swim frequently, it is a great way to avoid ear problems. It is not just for those who have ear infections. It is small and light, so you can carry it to the pool with you. We have had no problems with it and use it weekly.

Really works
I originally bought this because occasionally when I use my Neti pot, I end up with a little water in my inner ear and using this product fixes the problem with just a couple of drops. I also use this whenever I go under water and I end up with that annoying water clogged ear, that no amount of jumping up and down fixes. Lucky for me, I have Mack's Dry-n-Clear! Any swimmer should get this, and so should anyone who gets water in their ear in the shower or, as in my case, from Neti.

Didn't work great for me.
Didn't really work me. I usually get water in my ears if i do anything under water. I had water in one of my ears so I tried this and all it felt like was burning. So it felt more annoying than just having water in my ear. I guess I could relate the feeling to pouring rubbing alcohol in your ear, which is pretty much what this is(95% isoprophyl alcohol.. I was expecting an instant decompressing feeling but this didn't do that. Giving 3 stars because maybe this does work to prevent swimmers ear of becoming worse.

Has possibly saved several ear infections. Great!
These have worked very well. Had a few persistent ear infections over the past year as a possible result of water in the ear after swimming. Since using these drops, have not had any problems as it seems to clear the water out. There is a slight tingling / burning sensation as the water is absorbed / evaporated, but is not uncomfortable. I very well may be purchasing this item again in the not too distant future.
