Honestly, I wouldn't even bother with other brands at this point as the quality of the 5-HTP matters more than most supplements, and many of the other brands just dont work at all.So, this brand, orthomolecular products 5-HTP is by far the best on the market. I would rate it's efficacy at 30% greater than that of naitrol 5-HTP and say that naitrol is the second best brand out there.
