Wipeout In the Zone - Xbox 360

If you like the tv show, you will love this game. If you don't like the show,or even know what itis, you will still like this game! You can definitely work up a sweat playing it and your gut will get a work out from all the laughing. I don't think it will be very fun as a one player, but haven't had a chance to even try that way yet. The whole family had a blast (12, 18, 44, 46).Pros: Lots of fun and a good workout skip menus to pass most of the talkingCons: Kinect response time can be slow, but I actually think that can add to the fun,as long as you don't let it get to you. Menu Navigation could be a little better, but tolerable Have to resign in the playersI only just got the game today, so don't know about the longevity of interest yet. But definitely would be a great party game. Definitely a game I don't regret buying.

My son loves Xbox - and I love him so I've been trying to find activities we can do together or we can do as a family that interest him as much as the Xbox does- and this was a great find!The price has dropped substantially since Christmas, so I decided to try it. I am so glad I did. We laughed until we could hardly talk anymore. Our first activity with this game lasted for hours and the entire family joined in and had a terrific time.The game takes snapshots of you as you are playing and then shows them at the end of your round. Personally, I'd prefer not to memorialize this and see pictures of myself jumping around in embarassing postures -- but it was really fun to see the snapshots the program generated of my kids doing the same thing!And, at least for me, this was a great workout.Great family game.

There just isn't much to this game. It's Wipeout as you'd expect. You must progress through the stages to unlock additional stages. The game works best for my 11 year old daughter. It really doesn't register my movements very well. Crouching under obstacles is very difficult, and as others have said, the response time leaves a lot to be desired. You have to actively think ahead to jump an obstacle because of how long it takes to register the jump. Far too many random jumps occur as it treats running as a jump sometimes. Even better is when you run into a wall of hard air, blasting your character backward for no apparent reason.In the one day of playing on Christmas day, it crashed twice. Characters were levitating in mid-air and it required a reboot of the Xbox.The game has high entertainment value for the replays, but actual game play leaves a lot to be desired.

The game plays a lot like the show. The only niggle I have with it is I bought it for a community center where many people will come to play. You have to either recalibrate Kinect or create/download an avatar for each new player, a time-consuming process. Once that's done, you're all going to enjoy mad laughs out of the game. There's something awfully funny about your avatar doing the splits on a walking bar and slowly slipping off into the water.

One of the favorite games when kids get together. You can play it alone or with many players. there is no long intro before each person plays so playing moves quickly. Comments made by the game are funny and appropriate for all. And, you get a nice workout. Now, I have only played a few times so I don't know exactly when to pause while running, or when the right moment is to jump or how to swing my arms. Therefore, I often loose. You do have to know all the little movements to make to be able to do well on this. So someone playing sporadically will get frustrated.

This was purchased for my son for Christmas. It clearly states "This item is also available for shipping to select countries outside the U.S." and there was no mention that this game was Region 1 only (as often seen with the DVD's). Wipeout was purchased along with Disney Rush. There was no problem playing the Disney Rush game, but to my son's great disappointment Wipeout would not work, and all attempts to get it to work have been to no avail :-( I really don't see why these games or DVD's for that matter should have region restrictions, and if there are region restrictions I feel they should be clearly stated both on the cover and in the product description.

I purchased this game for my kids for Christmas. We absolutely love watching the show its so hilarious. We've made watching the show family fun time. Now we have brought the show to our living room. This game is so fun to play. Make sure you are ready to sweat because it will have you feeling like your back in gym class! This is a fun game to play with the whole family for game night or just plain old fun time. If you love the show you must Buy this game!!

On m'a proposé de le retourner avec un remboursement des frais de retour (soit 29.55€ pour les USA) Or après retour, je n'ai eu pour remboursement de frais de port qu'un geste commercial de 17€. J'ai perdu de l'argent avec cet achat.

The cd delivered didnt worked as it said it wont work due to region mismatch, so cant use this cd here and there is no return for this product, so total money is simply wasted

Very much like the TV show. Interactive and lots of choices for game field of play.As young as 5 years can play.

CD isn't working. Really disappointed. Ordered for my nephew and he waited for long time for the CD to arrive.

Really gets the kids moving, and really funny to watch their 'wipeouts'. The only issue may be that they get bored of it too soon and complete all the challenges too quickly. They are already asking for the other episodes.
