Vital Proteins Collagen Beauty Glow, Marine-Based Collagen Peptides Supplement - 10g of Collagen Per Serving - Hyaluronic Acid & Biotin & Vitamin C - Strawberry Lemon 10.8oz

Since this product, the strawberry lemon collagen beauty glow, has about the same ingredients as their strawberry lemon beauty collagen (except beauty glow has added vitamin C and biotin, and uses marine collagen instead of bovine collagen), I thought that this would taste about the same as the beauty collagen, except with a slight fish flavor. However, I think this tastes even better than the beauty collagen and the marine taste is hardly noticeable. Keep in mind that there are no added sugars/sweeteners aside from the naturally occurring sugars in the fruit powder, so it's not going to be as sweet as some might prefer in plain water. It does taste great added to lemonade. This product has helped my hair and nails grow quicker and stronger. The only problems are that it's rather expensive and that it has difficulty mixing with cold liquids (aside from smoothies because the blender does the job there). To keep it from clumping in cold liquids, start with a lukewarm liquid, mix thoroughly, and once all clumps are gone, add ice.

This stuff is actually really good. I tried to get into vital proteins before and first purchased the blue plain collagen powder, which was unflavored but had a very unpleasant taste (its bovine collagen) and couldn’t really find anything to mask the taste well enough. So I just bought this and let me tell you it’s 100% better. Drinkable on its own which is soooo relieving. Just barely sweet, the best way I can describe it is that it tastes like somebody put lemons and strawberries in water to infuse a little bit, and so it’s just like a nice refreshing taste. It’s marine collagen but there’s no fish taste or smell at all. I just started today so I can’t speak to the benefits yet, but I mixed it with warm water to dissolve and then added ice later on. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

I like the effects of taking collagen. My joints are much less stiff and sore and my skin is better. However this product doesn't taste as nice as other brands I have tried. Overall very good value.

Interesting, usually I don’t notice effects of stuff like this but after a week of drinking it every morning. I am inpressed. I don’t say that lightly. There’s still lines but it really has taken the small ones away and I see improvement every so slightly each day.Flavor- well, it could do without the lemon but no fish flavor but this is how I make my smoothie where it taste amazing...Orange juiceFrozen strawberry’sA scoop of Greek yogurt or cashew milkAnd this stuff.... this way covers the slight weird lemon flavor perfectly.Highly recommend but will keep updating. But did a lot of research and this brand and blend is great so far!!

This is very thick and hard to dissolve in water. Taste is ok but even after 20 minutes in water and stirring with a spoon once in awhile there are still chunky grains. I really dont know how I feel about this product.. I'm still on the fence but deep down I probably won't purchase again.

I put the recommended amount in water and waited for 24 hours while shaking it every few hours to get this to dissolve and it never did. The taste would be perfect if it actually dissolved. A lot of money for stuff to just end up floating back to the top. I’ll stick with Dr. Matthew collagen.

I loved the taste, and was easy to prepare. Mixed well with water. Unfortunately packaging is more bulky than necessary and was expensive for something that lasts around 2 weeks. Otherwise a great supplement!

I don't like this product at all and I don't like the taste. No matter what I mix it with it clumps. I'm not satisfied. I do however like this product, just not this one. I'm going to go back to the blue bottle with no flavoring. It has worked the best for me.
