This product is true to size, very comfortable and undetectable under clothing. This product will make you sweat. I working out in the garment as well as wear it doing chores. This product is worth the money. I cannot wait to see my results with new body.....

Comfy vest
I wear this product every day to work the more water I drink the smaller I get, I started at an extra large and now I’m down to a medium

Size down if you can.
I got a extra small which is the smallest sizeand I 5'3, 110lbs and it's bigger than you think. Not made for smaller people because the straps don't adjust and they're too big for me but I made it work. The only problem is laying on my stomach. The zipper part sticks out and it's uncomfortable.

Sizing
Good quality but larger than measurements

Too small
The sizes are not accurate. I’m a very petite woman and the extra small was extremely small. Couldn’t zip it up.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE A SMALL TORSO
Do not buy this product you have a less than average or smaller torso. Fits great in the waist/midsection area but the straps are WAY to loose and don't even hug my shoulders have to get it adjusted/altered

Arms....
Waist trainer is great, in the waist area... But once we get to looking at the arms.... Well.... They are much too big. I will be sewing the arms up myself and see how it works then. If i like it then I shall change my review from a two star to a four star.
