Is this the best item to spray on glass door tracks that are hard to move?

It will make the door easier to open and close. The down-side is a black film, like carbon, in the track that stains clothes and hands, if any clothes or hands get on the track. I prefer Blaster White Lithium for sliding door tracks. Less mess, better lubrication, last longer.

Says "industrial strength". where can i find the industrial spec sheet- or is this just a deceptive name?

Google the MSDS it will have the specs.This stuff is my primary lubricant for a fleet of 40 bikes I maintain, all those fancy high priced lubes do not come close to what this can do for dispelling dirt and water and leaving the small moving parts clean and lubricated. It does not dissolve the soft plastics either

Does this come with a spray straw?

Yes it’s on the side of the can . I’ve bought this 3 times and it’s always had the spray straw

How well does this work with acrylic flow / dirty pour projects? do they sell a squeeze bottle version?

I watched numerous youtube videos about getting cells by using silicone. My favorite person is Priscilla Batzell and this is what she uses. She uses it sparingly either on the canvas or a small spray into a cup for a dirty pour or spooning out. It looks like it makes lots of cells, usually small but that is sort of her style.
