Larger frying pan discolouration after first use. Not used smaller frying pan. Food sticks to pan on all heat settings. Lighter weight vs my Tramontina 3ply from Brazil. Will not purchase this brand again. Very disappointed with the amount I spent! Will add pics later.

Looks like it will last forever. It is seamless and doesn't have a welded on steel plate like those found on WMF cookware. Heats evenly.

I got these as a wedding gift because they were on my friends registry. I didn’t hesitate to buy them because I have owned the same pans for about 20 years. They are my favorite pieces of cookware. I use them all the time. They are heavy enough to maintain their shape, they clean up easily, and they heat evenly. I expect they will last me till the end of my days and could even become heirloom pans. If you heat them up sufficiently before cooking and use some fat in the panyou will not have a problem with things sticking to the surfaces and you’ll have no need for any kind of nonstick pan. I have never liked those nonstick pants because I worry that they will leach chemicals into my food. For reference, I cook daily and have frequent dinner parties where I must cook multiple dishes using these pans. I mostly cooked French and Italian dishes.

Si estás consciente de todos los porvenires de unas y todo lo que conllevan sartenes de acero inoxidable te van a fascinar! Excelente calidad se ve que durarán más en este plano terrenal que ni yo. Si no te gustan es por lo menos por una de las siguientes dos razones: 1) no la sabes usar. 2) no investigaste y pensabas que hacía cosas que no hace. 3) no era lo que buscabas comprar, es decir, ni siquiera sabes qué compraste y te metiste en un lío innecesario. (Repito si no estás consciente e informado de los porvenires, modos de uso y todo lo que conlleva tener sartenes de acerco inoxidable, INVESTIGA E INFÓRMATE. En YouTube encuentras todo, infórmate claramente antes de decidirte por este tipo de sartenes para que no seas de esos que en sus quejas denotan más que nada su ignorancia)
