I've owned this Lexvss robo-vacuum for about 9 months now. With two cats, it has been an incredible help in keeping my apartment clean. I have it programmed to work at a certain time each day (when I'm at work) but will occasionally run it manually; the remote control in my phone app can be pretty helpful for this. Other than having to keep it away from my shower rugs, it works like a charm. Recently, the vacuum was too aggressive at the wrong angle (I guess) as it attempted to dock to the charging station and wound up dislodging one of the metal charging brackets. Thus, I've been left w/o a vacuum for about a week and I've realized just how spoiled I was because of it and how desperate I am for it to work again. I contacted customer service and they responded really quickly. As I've had it under a year, it's still under warranty, and they were happy to replace the charging dock. They sent me the tracking number today so I'm excited to once again have it operational. Great value, great product. 10/10 would buy again. I didn't rate the deep-cleaning module because while it came equipped, I've never used it for that purpose.

Let me start by saying that I have three dogs. One being a giant Rottweiler that sheds like crazy. So far my robot vac (lovingly named Wall-e) has not quit and run away from home. It was a running joke at my house that we would never get one of these vacs since we would see it going down the street one day trying to escape lol. Well I've had it for two weeks now and I haven't seen a dust bunny or "fur tumbleweed" anywhere! I'm soooo happy! -When you first open it, the instructions are useless! They were translated from Chinese and it was a horrible translation. I started following the steps mainly on installing the brushes and then you get to like step 4 where it says, oh make sure you don't install the brushes backwards. Apparently there is a left and a right. I'm pretty sure that should have been step 1! Well I had them backwards and I couldn't figure out how to pull them back out so they stayed. It didn't make a difference. Mine came fully charged as far as I can tell. Really no way of knowing anything with those instructions. It was more of a "you're on your own" type of thing. -The app is horrible. Since it's bluetooth, sometimes I have to reconnect to the vac. You can't control the vac unless you are in the house. So if someone calls to tell you they are stopping by, sorry you can't turn it on from work to make sure your house is clean. They should invest a little more money in the app. The vac is great. The app is lacking. Another reviewer mentioned that every few days he goes back in and has to "resave" his schedule. Some mornings I wake up and the bin is empty which means Wall-e didn't do anything. That's when I go to my schedule and hit save again. The next day it works. I'm not sure if it's because I saved it again or what but just in case. -I have it scheduled at 2:00 am every night. Last night it was 5:05 am and it was still running. So the battery life is super long. Way longer than 100 minutes. Mine runs about 3 hours every night. I don't really know how long but at least three hours. Only once, it died somewhere on the other side of the house and never went back to the charger. But all other times, its waiting for me in the morning already charging. -It is a little loud. I've never heard other robot vacs so I can't really compare. It's not as loud as regular vacuum. It's not annoying but probably too loud to have it running for 3 hours while you're at home. While we're sleeping, nobody complains so we're good. Sometimes I can hear it from upstairs but not enough to wake anyone up. -Also, I'm very glad I went with this model which had the larger dust bin. Mine is full every morning. Of course it's mostly dog hair. The picture is what I find every morning. -it has the mop pad but I don't use it. -I think it's good quality for what I paid. It has a nice weight to it and everything seems solid. It bangs up against the wall continuously trying to stay on the edge and it's in great shape. -I specifically wanted one without a roller underneath because I think it would get full of hair. This one just has a hole where it suctions everything though. I think this is perfect for pet owners. I don't have any rugs so I can't comment on that but for floors, it's great. I have no dog hair anywhere! LOVE LOVE LOVE! Hopefully it will last a long time. When it dies, I'll upgrade to one with a better App but the vac is perfect for me. Especially for an entry one I think this is a great choice. UPDATE: it died after about 7-8 months. I worked it to death though. It ran every night. I changed the filters several times. Eventhough it powered up and it would leave the base, it would stop about a foot away and go back. I just couldn't make it go any more. So I bought a Roborock S5.

Edit: The company contacted me and will be updating the app. Right now I am just using an old phone and it works pretty well. For the price difference between this and a rumba I would give the go ahead to anyone thinking about purchasing this product. There's nothing that comes close to this quality in the same price range. As just a vacuum, it's fine. Be prepared to run it by manually powering it on though. If you want to set timers, or just set them up to spot clean or something, you need to download an app. The Smart Vacuum app will require access to literally everything on your phone for literally no reason other than selling information on the side. You can't download the app on a tablet or something with less personal information either. Phones only. Your options are to use a wiped phone you no longer use to control these things, expose your real phone to a big security risk, or manually power them on which kind of defeats the point of a robot vacuum. As far as cleaning. They are a little dumb, but not terrible. I find they seem to avoid my one rug like the plague and clean a spot under my table infinitely. Overall though, decent job for the price. If you have some big rooms without any chords or string like things around and not a lot of rugs, these do great. Just be prepared to use them manually or give all your information to a 2 star rated app. Get a better app, and this would be a 4.5 star review. Hardware wise, these are a good deal. If there was a remote, these would be a great deal. But they are not. So my advice, spend a few dollars more and get something that you don't need to risk identity theft to use properly.

It took me about a month to figure out which app to use and how to set it up. It was very confusing so maybe this will help the next buyers. I've uploaded a picture of the current app from Google play store. I am using an Android phone. It was the first picture at the top of search results in the play store. However, there was no info with it and looked more like an ad so I tried other vacuum apps. Big mistake. Today I clicked on the one with the above picture after you first install it, after clicking on the first result in the search for Pureatic. Stand next to the vacuum. Open app and follow instructions to first unplug the base power from wall and count to ten. Put the plug back into wall outlet. You've just reset the device. Now press and hold the round power button on the vacuum itself, counting to five or six. The lights will start flashing. Press continue in phone app. The app will ask you to click on the 2.4 gz wifi you use. Then it will ask you to enter the password for wifi. It's ok if the lights stop flashing before you can finish entering the password. Click enter or done or continue (can't remember the exact words it used). A green circle will spin in the app as it says it is connecting. Within ten seconds it said Success. I added a scheduled time for the vacuum to run every day. Back on home screen I pressed the power button and instantly the vacuum took off cleaning. The app shows solid green everywhere the vacuum has cleaned in your house. Hopefully, this really does mean Success! Hope it works for you. The paper instructions and website was not clear to me but these few tricks set the device up. It's still running, cleaning the master bedroom and I finish this. Glory days!!! **This device does not clean next to walls. It doesn't even get close. The little sponge pad on the side of the filter is nearly impossible to clean when you empty the container, which we do nearly every single day. Everything sticks to that thing. The wheels get stuck a lot. I take it apart, clean them out, nothing in there but it will still send you notifications that the wheels are stuck. It's an extremely frustrating cleaner. Then if you get little electrical power off and on as we do in a rural area, you have to go figure out how to set this thing up all over again. Color me crying. Waiting for Black Friday to see what deals Roomba might have. :'''(

It has no main rotating brush, as is common on almost all major robot vacuums. After using this device for a several days on part of the house that had not been cleaned for a long time, it got about 1/2 of the dust collector full. After watching its performance over this time, it didn't seem that things were getting any cleaner. The dust bin status confirmed that. The more powerful Samsung subsequently and quickly extracted several bins full of dust that the Pureatic had failed to find. The supposedly favorable comparisons with iRobot seem to miss one thing that iRobot owners would know: The iRobot's key cleaning agent is the main rotating brush, not suction. This is actually true of most 'vacuum' cleaners, robot or otherwise. Suction alone isn't enough to separate dirt from carpet. For the most part, the suction helps to moves the dirt from the brush into the container. Some of the claims for this device are more accurate: It is small, light, fairly quiet, reasonably smart, and it runs for a long time. But note that as the input nozzle is just 2 inches wide, it needs to run much longer than others to cover the same area. Overall, it is no Roomba or Samsung when it comes to cleaning performance. The recent price hikes seem to negate its main prior advantage. If getting the room clean is important to you (and why wouldn't it be?), you are going to be better off with: Deebot, iRobot, or Samsung (all of which I own), and similar (your own DD here). The Deebot makes it on price/performance/quietness, the latter two for better performance at higher price/noise points and superior design.

We love this! We CANNOT stay on top of all of the pet hair our two white dogs produce. I run it about 3 hours (hour long the battery usually lasts) every other day and our house has STAYED clean. It picks up some dirt but not enough suction for the mud clumps- which doesn’t bother us at all. You can set a schedule from the app on your phone for time and days of the week. I found myself starting everyday but it would not run everyday purely from the schedule (it needs more time to charge up because I had the times too closely). I try to start it when I’m still in bed or know I’m going to be gone now that we have the house vacuum proofed, because the sound does get annoying after a little while. It’s not super loud but it’s also not super quiet. It does not go over shaggy carpet but it goes over pretty much anything else. We have an odd old house with uneven ledges everywhere and weird textures on the floor and it slays them all. If it gets stuck somewhere it usually can get out and if it cannot it will shut off after trying for awhile. I usually try to empty it once while it runs as a courtesy to the machine and it’s usually full of hair. It has a sensor so it won’t fall down stairs, it’s great around edges and corners. Overall, definitely recommend especially with shedding animals! UPDATE: vacuum started not working last week (spinning in circles and not picking up anything) and I emailed the company and they sent me a brand new one, no questions asked. It’s been working great, just have to ship back the old one!

I have 2 dogs and a Coatimundi. One dog is an Australian Shepherd who has ALOT of hair and I just could not keep up with my hairy house. I could sweep everyday and the next day it would be the same all over again. It was exhausting but now with my Robot Vacuum my life is so much easier as I just let it go while I am doing other things and now my floors are always clean there is no hair. I am so happy and I encourage people to get this product as it does have a large holding tank and takes care of my house with no problem. You don't have to buy the high priced Roomba to get the job done. I can't even tell you how impressed I am with this product and I have recommended it to my coworkers and everyone I come in contact with as this one is affordable and does a great job!!!

Edit after owning for a longer period of time- It seems like this machine dosent last long. I’ve had it maybe 6 weeks and now it needs to charge about 24 hours before I can use it for 40 mins. It is never able to finish cleaning up my downstairs without dying, consistently getting caught up in its own charger cord or something similar. I wish I would have waited and saved for a better machine. This machine is great. Does what it’s intended to do. One complaint, if you use it make SURE all cords are put away. Also dolls need to be put away. This will table itself up into dolls hair and twist itself into cords and it will stop right there for hours still running getting more and more tangled. So be careful with free hanging hair cords etc lol. Definitely don’t nap on the floor while it’s running or you may end up bald. Other than that I love it!
