This product had guggulestrones in it I was unaware of what that was I went ahead and took the product and it triggered hyperthyroid. I would never use this product again and I'm fearful of anybody who takes it it will and can be very dangerous for your thyroid

Prescription statins make me very sick, so thought I would try this product, although I was very skeptical. Had bloodwork done the week before starting product, then after 2 months of taking product, my total cholesterol down 49 points, bad cholesterol down, good cholesterol up to 70. No bad side effects as with statins. My doctor was impressed and advised to continue taking. She noted name of product and will continue to monitor my progress. I have had no contact with the company other than ordering, paid for product, and was not paid or reimbursed for this review. I hope it may help others that have had trouble with statins

Took it for 30 days as advertised. I eat perfectly. I have been on a low fat diet free of red meat, dairy, and all junk foods foods, etc for 8 years now. I juice raw vegetables every morning. I run 3 miles every morning. My weight is 185 and I'm 50 yrs old. Even after 8 years of no red meat, dairy or fried foods my cholesterol hovers in the 220 to the 240 range no matter what I try. I started this product and my total cholesterol was 230 when I started and after 30 days ( the same diet & exercise) I checked it at 240.Sorry guys. This wasn't the answer for me. Hope it works for you.

Hello Everyone, I visited my doctor on May 9th 2018 and was told I needed to go on a low dose statin. Rather than do this, I decided to experiment with a combination of Red Yeast Rice and CholesLO. I started to take 600 MG of Red yeast rice daily immediately. I then found the Choleslo product about 1 month later and started to take 4 pills per day as well as the red yeast rice and have been doing so for the past 2 months. On 8/21/2018, I received my test results and was pleased to see that my total cholesterol count dropped by 35 points. the biggest change to my results was in the lowering of my LDL. However, my HDL stayed pretty much the same. Keep in mind that I also changed my diet and exercised during this window as well (I lost 10 lbs). I am not saying that Choleslo was the root cause of my results but I have to admit my current scores are the best results I received in many years. I do plan to keep taking the product as described with the red yeast rice and will update you again next January when I do tests again.

A rather deceptive description on this bottle. If you look at the serving size it says Serving Size: 1 capsule. Servings per container 80.However, if you read the directions it says to take 2 pills twice daily for a total of 4 daily. This adds up to a 20 day supply, not an 80 day supply.I will not purchase this again.

Great news for me and my body! I got my lipid test results and they are unbelievable. I had a terrible lipid test on 3/8/19 and the doctor was going to put me on a statin. I pled for her to let me try and get them reduced.The first test results were:3/8/19:Cholesterol: 234-High should be less than 200HDL: 56-Ok should be over 50LDL: 149-High- should be lower than 100Cholesterol/HDL Risk: 4.2- should be lower than 5.0 (bad)Non-HDL: 178-High should be lower than 130New test 4/9/19 (1 month later):Cholesterol: 168HDL: 59LDL: 82Cholesterol/HDL Risk Ratio:2.8Non-HDL: 109I search the web and Amazon for some things to help me lower my blood lipids. I used this product, Choleslo, another product of his, Blood Flow Optimizer, Nutrim with whey and almond milk, and 1280 mg. of Ultimate Omega 3. All products from Amazon. I cut most dairy and my exercise was sporadic. I am a true believer of this product.
