Fabulous, simple product. Nice, low tech solution to fitting.
I had some of these when I discovered a strangely shaped toilet bowl in my old house and they were brilliant at stopping the seat from moving. I just fitted a new seat to my downstairs toilet and my 3 year old likes to get on herself. The way a child wriggles their way on made me realise that I needed new ones. I've fitted them and the seat doesn't budge now so I'm delighted. I had to use a fine drill bit in the resin seat and some tiny self-tappers because resin is tougher material than the MDF type of seat but I rarely use the supplied screws with any product.

Good product, but be careful when using screws supplied!
I used my own, stainless steel screws and, as they were too long, I had to very carefully shorten them to ensure they didn't penetrate right thru the seat. Also, and this depends very much on your pan and seat size/configuration, I had to fit the stabilisers with the locating stub to the outside of the pan (not to the inside as shown on the packaging). This makes them slightly easier to clean - less dirty splashes - but may make them more visible. I used double-sided tape to help position them ready for marking the screw holes.

They Work if you stick them on
I found that I had to stick them on the seat as for me as a woman it was difficult to screw them on with the small screwdriver provided. I also had to buy two sets as with one the seat shot off in the opposite direction, so with two on the other side , the seat is now more secure and so far the super glue is working.

Great solution.
For best results, hold in position with one hand, and draw round it with a pencil. Holding it tight, make a small hole in the middle of the elongated hole with a sharp implement. Screw in a self tapper, almost tight, to allow for final adjustment. When you are happy with the position, fully tighten the screw, then put in the other screw in the round hole. Repeat on the other side of the seat. Magic.

easy to fit...
no problems for me to fit them on the seat, and they work, no problems, or issues, and i feel safer with them on... i have had them before and they lasted me years. 1 broke after years of use, so needed to replace it, and now everything is back as it was - safe and secure...
