Bottle label says after use rinse drain with hot water. For how long?

I don't know if there is a specified length of time, but I ran the hot water only briefly, somewhat less than the time it takes to fill a toilet tank, and everything was fine.

Is it for both clogged (not draining) and partially draining (slow draining) pipes?

Yes, I use it monthly to prevent sluggish drains. With all of the creams, bath oils, shaving cream, face wash, and hair conditioners the drains get coated on the side of the pipes. I use as a precautionary measure . it works GREAT!

Does user wait 7 minutes for clog to clear? Is that what the clock pictograph means?

That is probably the minimum time to wait, I usually leave it for 30-60 minutes.

I have a nose that can smell someone smoking a cigarette in a car in front of me while i'm driving. I did not smell anything when using this product.
