I have only been using these for a few days, but so far I really love them. I cant take them 3X a day, but I really look forward to taking them at lunch and in the afternoon. I feel like they really help me focus and reduce my urges to fog eat. The caffeine is enough to give me a boost pre-workout, but I NEVER feel jittery, anxious, or unable to sleep later. I do wonder if they have a slight diuretic effect, or if that is just me drinking a ton of water, but I would say I feel less bloated. The flavor is pretty good too, not bad at all, enjoyable even. I dilute it in at least 20 oz of water and let if fizz away 100% before drinking. The only reason I did not give 5 stars in value is because these are really expensive. However, if these work like promised (along with eating sensible food and working out), I will up that to 5 starts. Update. It has been about 2 weeks of taking these twice a day. I would not say I am shedding weight or dress sizes, but I really do like the way these make me feel and when I take this consistently I can definitely say I seem to make better snacking choices. Maybe it is all mind over matter, but these are chalked full of superfoods so even if it is in my head, I am getting some good stuff in and it's working. Will try a second box and will update again. Update again, it has now been about 6 weeks I have been taking these twice a day. I still would not say that I am shedding weight or sizes at all, but I feel SO MUCH BETTER!!! Bloat? gone (well nearly)! Energy? Great! Eating habits? Very much improved! I love these! The only thing keeping me from a 5 star review is that they are so darn expensive. But if I keep feeling this way I think I am going to increase to a 5 start despite cost.

I have been trying for several years to lose weight. After seeking a naturopathic physician who tested my hormones and thyroid I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and put on medication but this still did not help with weight loss. Dealing with stress in this time of pandemic which can effect your metabolism and weight and after all the reviews I read regarding Skinnytabs I decided to try the product. After the first two days, the taste/flavor was different but fine to drink. I could tell after the first two days that I had more energy and did not feel hungry. After 10 days I did not sense that this was working and was ready to quit but for the next 5 days I ate one meal per day(salad) and strictly drank more water, tea, coffee and used 1 Skinnytab per day and after 20 days I could feel my clothes fitting better and when I finally got on the scale today I was down 10 lbs.....YEAH. I have not deprived myself of things to eat but even with all the stress of the pandemic and sometimes being an emotional eater, with this drink/1 tablet per day I have not been wanting to eat...at times some food simply did not sound good to eat....like pizza which never was the case before......so I did order a second box.....Yes the product is working just as it said it would but I only wish the cost was less....$80 is steep especially now during the pandemic when people are stressed and out of work....I am excited to see how much more weight I will lose in the next month. First and foremost, this does exactly what it says. It gets rid of bloat and keeps your waistline from fluctuating through "that time of the month" or evenings of overindulgence. I have been able to keep my weight under control even through the holidays. I do the Jenny Craig program and I have to weigh in weekly. The week of Thanksgiving, I cheated on my diet...A LOT. I was really nervous for my JC weigh in. But to my surprise, I had LOST 2 pounds! I 100 percent attribute it to this product because I did not really work out (other than constantly lifting my 17 pound baby) and I ate at restaurants a lot that week (major sodium even in the salads). Additionally, I have avoided getting sick this flu/cold season and I attribute this to the elderberry in the tabs. I am kind of obsessive with what I put into my body and I have no issue with any of the ingredients in these tabs. They are all beneficial to my health in several ways - not just weight lost. The only issue I have with this product is I was not in love with the taste when I first tried it. It took a few days to get used to it. I think LESS water makes it taste a little better. By no means is it the worst tasting supplement I have tried, but it isn't my favorite. However, the benefits and how I feel completely overshadows this minor issue for me.

I read many good reviews about skinny tabs & decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did. I've only been using them 3 days & one per day so far. I have already noticed increased energy. Today was my first day at work taking one & by mid to late afternoon I am normally dragging & can't wait to go home but today I felt so much more alert, it was truly amazing. It has helped some with my bloating issues but not as much as I want yet. Maybe it will take more time then 3 days, also I may have to try increasing to two tabs a day. I wanted to start out slow because I am sensitive to many supplements & prescription meds. I am also very happy that I have not suffered any negative side effects! This is huge for me! I just want to say for anyone who's skeptical, don't be, these seem to be helping in only 3 days so they must be good! The taste is not too bad either, the first time I put one in 16 oz. of water & that was a bit strong so next time I tried 20 oz. & it tasted much better that way! It pretty much just tastes like a berry flavored water. The shipping was also super fast. I am very happy so far, I will have to update on here as time goes on! I have taken SkinnyTabs/ Superfoods on and off. I am now using them more consistently. I must say, at first it was an odd taste because you add it to water, but after you get over the taste it's very refreshing. I don't have any weird side effects from it. It has natural caffeine in it and I don't feel over hyped like I do when I drink any energy drink. The part that I love most about the SkinnyTabs/Superfood Tabs are that you can actually read the label and understand the ingredients - unlike most alike-products. The price for them is fair. Not only do I see results in less bloating, but I see results in my skin. I used to have bad acne and since I have started using the product I have seen my skin clear up. I will say, I carried the tabs in my purse/ bag for a trip and made the mistake of not handling it with care. That is the only other bit of advice I would give to future and current users. The tabs are breakable and will become crumbs if you shake it up. That is also a POSITIVE. Instead of trying to add the tab into your water bottle, you can break it in half if you don't have their tumbler. Product is 5/5 stars for me!

For all my life I've been overweight. Being over 50 and having my thyroid removed for more than 10 years nothing worked. Going on my 4th week. I've never known I was bloated. I haven't seen the scale move too much in 4 weeks. No one sees the scale but you, BUT I can see the difference in my clothing. I will just have to say I'm two sizes smaller than I used to be. I’ve been taking these for over a year, no real weight loss, but I feel good when I drink it, hydrated. I only do 1 tablet/drink a day due to another medication. Definitely helps with the feel of being bloated and tastes good. There are other reviews regarding the dissolving…I break the tab (easily) drop it in the water bottle, good to go within 10 minutes.

We happen to be on quarantine these days due to the Covid-19 crisis. So I am working remotely from home. I asked my boss if a meeting later today would be video because I was dressed like the Big Labowski at the moment. Didn't sleep well last night and was feeling like a frumpy day was on tap.
