I love the look and feel of these knives. Preparing veggies for a stir fry or salad is so much more fun with a good set of knives. They cut through tomatoes like butter. I love these knives and plan to add the steak knives to the set (the block has space for 6).

The blades are razor sharp and the self sharpening is handy. My only complaint is the handles are lightweight plastic. Feels like you are holding a cheap knife. Doesn't feel solid in your hand.

i’ve had a hodgepodge of knives for as long as i can remember. some of them were great for a time, but without a self-sharpening block, the maintenance would always slip my mind. these knives perform great and the very attractive block (and a new high-quality cutting board) should help me keep these knives for a long, long time.

The best knives I have ever owned. Extremely easy to handle. Very sharp. Well balanced. Perfect for every need. Worth the extra price. This will be the last set of knives I ever have to buy.

I am very happy and looking forward to using these for a long time.

The block and knives looks great and the knives cut extremely well. I had the set for about a month so I can't really comment on the the self sharping feature yet.
