I gave myself two of these for Christmas: one to keep near my downstairs tub, and one for near the upstairs shower. Both are still going strong after two months of pretty regular use. They feel great on the skin, and can be used pretty vigorously all over (be sure to dry brush only towards the heart!). I like the handle feature; it's a definite plus to loop it around your hand before brushing, and seems more convenient than a brush with a wooden handle (more control). The canvas loop handle is also convenient for hanging the brush on a faucet handle or robe hook after using. All in all, it's a nice brush at a good price, and I recommend it for those into dry brushing. The natural bristles are stiff enough to open and invigorate your pores, but soft and gentle enough not to unduly irritate your skin. (also: I looked at some of the bad reviews and pictures, and I believe that the ppl who posted such were probably not using the brush correctly! I have a dry brush that looks just like that, and it's because I took it in the bathtub with me and scrubbed both ways. That will quickly ruin any brush that's just meant for dry, one direction skin-brushing!)

Common complaints on this product compared to what I've experienced: Too hard: If you have thin skin or sensitive skin because of nerve damage give this a pass. In some places it was overstimulating, but I just went lighter. Overall it felt like a comfortable scratching session! Too soft: Who are you people? This was not a complaint for me. If you historically have a high tolerance for scratching perhaps give this a pass? Bristles falling out: A few, but minor. If you have this happen in great numbers I recommend contacting the seller before tossing it. No use throwing 10 bucks down a trashcan if you got a defective one they can replace. Allergies: If you have sensitive skin and break out in hives easily give this a spot test on the inside of your elbow. Even if you don't, go ahead and do that before you do your whole body. It is made of natural fibers so there will probably be some that are allergic to it. I read a few that didn't get everything they were promised in the package or the bristles fell out and they just threw it away. I'm curious if they tried contacting the seller before deciding it was inferior. Certainly there will be some duds out there especially if these are constructed at a factory. I've used this product once and my thighs feel so friggin' smooth. I've really enjoyed it! I'll come back with a follow up the more I use it to see if it stands up to several uses. My only real complaint is not having an attachment stick to reach the middle of my back. That would make this product perfect.

This is my favorite item that I have ever purchased from Amazon! I was skeptical at first about using this dry brush because it looks more like something you would use to brush a horse, but boy was I wrong to doubt it. I truly believe that this product does everything it claims to. You don't even have to wait to see results! As I am brushing my legs with this I can see all of the dead skin coming off which is kinda gross, but also really satisfying because I know its working to exfoliate my skin. I spend a few minutes brushing each leg and my legs instantly look healthier, feel smoother, and have a beautiful glow about them instead of the dull, blotchy appearance they had before. The little strap makes it so much easier to hold when brushing and I love that the bristles are all natural. The size is also one of my favorite things about this brush. I take it in my car a lot so that I can do a quick exfoliation whenever I feel like my legs need a little glow and it fits perfectly in my glove box. Its also a great size to take on trips so you never have to be without it. Overall, I just love this brush so much and I use it everyday because it makes my skin look so beautiful and feel so healthy!

The Bristles on this are super great. It's super easy to hold. I love using this for my skin care. It helps with exfoliation. It's soft enough that it does not harm you but certain enough that it works. Super durable used for over a year.

I absolutely love this so much, and have just purchased a second one for my mom! I have noticed a huge difference in the feel and look of my skin—it’s so much smoother after even the first use! I suffer from really bad razor irritation anywhere I choose to shave. I’ve spent so much money on various creams and types of razors. I had gotten to the point where I was shaving twice a year to simply apease my mother. This is the first thing that has really made a difference in years and now when I do feel like shaving it’s not something I dread! I almost weirdly look forward to it! I also get cystic acne on my back (eww), and again have spent a lot of years and money trying to cure this. One month of using this, I feel comfortable showing off my back for the first time in ten years! I get far fewer breakouts, and scarring has been dramatically reduced. It’s also done wonders for my circulation. It does stimulate lymphatic drainage (like, I can actually taste it. It makes my throat taste like saline, it’s so weird). I do find that if I do this, if I don’t drink enough water I get SUPER nauseous that day, same as if I got a massage. I haven’t noticed any notable difference in my Cellulite, and I really do focus on those areas. Still this gets 5 stars from be because it’s completely changed the condition of my skin overnight and was only TEN BUCKS!

I never thought I'd be writing a review about a brush for exfoliating dead skin cells and replacing them with fresh, new, soft, clean new skin cells! Wow, what a great product. BUY IT. BUY IT NOW! UPDATED: Just reread my review and thought it deserved further explanation. The bristles are not soft, but have just the right amount of firmness to both exfoliate and to stimulate the skin. Do I know whether this stimulation does anything...I guess not. But, I have never felt such soft skin on a ex-Master's swimmer's skin. This comes with a handle which reaches the otherwise impossible to reach middle of the back. This brush fits perfectly in my luggage travel kit. Used it last week on a long trip and although, I must admit that I never once thought of the brush when out of the shower...it was a welcome surprise during each and every shower...along with a grapefruit shower gel (slightly acidic). Lastly, I have those luffa...those are terrible. I also have the synthetic luffa which is that nylon mesh thingy...very, very similar but lacking a deep clean and lacking a pinpoint brush stimulation of the skin. So, that's about it for this review. Buy it...you'll thank me.

Brush the entire body daily before shower and get the most amazing soft skin!
