Perfect for black buttercream
We use black cocoa for our buttercream, to prevent using dye. This was a perfect product for that. We did have to sift some clumps, but other than that it was great. We do start with a chocolate base buttercream then add black cocoa powder so our flavor is accentuated by that, but this powder gave a tasty addition in flavor and coloring was phenomenal. Good size container for a business.

It made my "black" chicolate cake as expected. My only concern is that the flavor was very bitter.

This is the Real Dark Chocolate
When I ordered this, I thought ok, I'll give it a try, after all I am a chocoholic. Made some fabulous chocolate cupcakes, using my favorite recipe and boy did I notice a flavor change. It was deep dark and decidedly rich. I will never go back to the standard you find in the markets.
