My Daughters Staple Diet!
Nothing beats Pronutro for my 11 year old for breakfast (and quite honestly, as a snack inbetween) - she absolutely loves it. Banana is her favourite flavour but I decided to get this 4 pack for her and she has decided its actually Strawberry that's her favourite now. Simply pour the desired amount into a bowl, top with milk and pop into the microwave, stir a bit before adding a bit more milk and back into the microwave. Pronutro is so very filling and a little goes a long way. We give it 5 stars plus...

You either like it or not. Its worth trying them if you're not originally from South Africa
It's hard to judge. If you're originally form South Africa, you will know this product. You either like it or not. If you enjoy maize products this particular one will be the one to try. If you can find the Wheat Pronutro and you're not from SA, then give the wheat Pronutro a try. Its like trying biltong for the first time. Not to be confused with beef jerkey.
