We consider our San Francisco bay Fog Chaser a medium roast. However, we roast darker than most so it would tend to be a bit darker. Our San Francisco Bay French Roast is a deep dark roasted coffee and is stronger than our Fog Chaser. The Coffee?** A: As of early 2019: these k-cups are ENTIRELY compostable now, not just 97%. Every part of the cup is made from plant products, including the formerly plastic ring. Same with the bags they come in, and the cardboard box around that is of course recyclable. NO PLASTIC WHATSOEVER.
