I’m not sure if you’re asking about the shower head or the actual tub/shower faucet. It’s just an extension with a curve. We used our existing shower head after realizing we wanted to make it a bit higher and didn’t want to tear out the shower and plumbing to do that. You just take the shower head off, carefully remove existing shower arm from the shower wall connection, install this shower arm (using some plumbers tape), and replace the shower head with your existing one or a new one, if you’d rather.
