I've had this for a few months now and its really great. Its small enough that you can still turn when you want. And it helps with back and hip stiffness. It makes side sleeping a lot more comfortable.

I sleep on my left side I wake up with hip pain. Since using this pillow, I have much less pain. It works for me to keep aligned.

I've been a side sleeper for years and have always relied on tucking a regular pillow between my legs for comfort. The Contour Legacy is a proper purpose-built upgrade to that habit, and for the most part, it delivers. It feels great in use — the foam is supportive without being stiff, the material is soft and comfortable against the skin, and the removable washable cover is a thoughtful and practical inclusion. It stays in position well enough through the night... for the most part. I'll occasionally shift from my side to my back while sleeping, at which point the pillow naturally moves out of place. But that's hardly the product's fault — it's doing exactly what it's designed to do. Most importantly, it accomplishes the goal. It gets me to sleep more comfortably and with better support, which is all you can really ask for. My one caveat — and it's a minor one — is that I wish it were just a quarter inch thicker. Given that it's a molded foam shape, there's no way to customize the fill, so you get what you get. That said, I'd love to see a future iteration offer optional sizing or thickness variations for those of us who land just slightly outside the sweet spot. A small wish for an otherwise solid product — 4 stars!

Excellent pillow. Very comfortable and does not feel bulky. Fits nicely on leg and helps with positioning for back alignment. My daughter who works in physical therapy recommended this pillow and it has been wonderful. Excellent price and shipped right away.

While comfortable and good positioning, it is not long enough to be effective.

Cash money took over for the 99 and 2000 and so now I have random knee pain. Can’t sleep without it. I was having knee pain when I woke up and could not pinpoint the cause. I slept with a plain pillow between my knees and the pain went away. The problem is the standard pillow goes flat and just is a hassle. This contour pillow is PERFECT to sleep with. Doesn’t move throughout the night, gives just enough. Not too hard not too soft. Doesn’t go flat. I’m a chronic side sleeper and this has improved my quality of sleep.

Perfect size for women, not bulky, fits right in between the knees. Soft, washable cover that seems to stay cool. I purchased the pillow to help sleep during a bad groin muscle pull. Could not be happier. My husband said, "I should try it". I said buy your own.

Muy comoda, mi medico me recomendo dormir de lado con las piernas juntas por mis problemas de columna. aun intentandolo no descansaba bien ni aguantaba la postura mucho tiempo por que mis rodillas chocaban entre si, al despertar estaba en la psotura habitual, pero no la recomendada por el medico. con esta alnohada eso ya no me sucede y puedo dormir toda la noche sin molestias en las rodillas y ya no despierto en otra postura.
