Because I had read that it can cause jitters I actually opened the first capsule and dumped out about a third of it. Regardless of that I still felt really really high the first day. The second day it wasn't quite as bad I'll note that I'm also pretty caffeine sensitive. Your body definitely feels warmer so it does have a thermogenic effect. It does a really good job of suppressing appetite, I've basically just been eating one baked potato a day and while I do get hungry kind of, it's tolerable. I would recommend you only take one capsule a day the first couple days until you don't feel like absolute crap anymore and then add a second capsule in early afternoon. It definitely gives you a lot of energy and no crash. That's saying a lot considering I'm getting less than a thousand calories a day and I'm a man and I have a fairly physical job with a lot of walking. I'd like to point out that these things won't actually make you lose weight if you're still eating poorly and not exercising. You need to still cut out calories and be at a calorie deficit use a calorie tracker, don't eat things that are high in fat, that means no ranch, no mayonnaise. For salad dressing you want to use like oil and vinegar instead. Eat a ton of protein that is low in calories like eggs and nuts and things but not like peanut butter which is high in sugar generally. Basically research dietary information, always read the information on the back of products you're going to eat. And if you go out to eat, look up the caloric and nutritional information on what you're eating, because looks can be deceiving. But as a device to kill hunger pains it works superbly so far after 5 days on it.
