Out of Print Literary and Book-Themed Canvas Tote Carrying Bag for Book Lovers, Readers, and Bibliophiles

My favorite book bag. It makes my daily statement defending bans on book banning.

I bought this for a 17 year old girl for Christmas. She is a big reader and absolutely loved her new bag. The canvas is very sturdy, colors are vibrant and the design is clean and clear. I am sure this will go off to college with her in the fall and hold up for years to come.

A very good quality bag, using heavy canvas and high-quality stitching. It looks just as pictured, and it has a small pocket inside for your keys and chap stick. It easily fits a 1" binder along with other notebooks, a water bottle, and a pencil pouch. Plus, I inevitably receive compliments on it once people realize that they're seeing the titles of banned books. UPDATE: After a year and a half of very heavy use, the stitching that attaches the handle to the bag has given out. But the bag itself and the handle are both still fine, so I may be able to repair it. A really very sturdy bag!

I love the yellow-back Nancy Drew books and I loved this bag when I saw it. It's really big and can hold a lot. I always lose my keys at the bottom (that's just me, not the bag, my keys go into the bottom of every bag). There is an unbuttoned pocket on the top, good for things you need to access easily. I love the design and have gotten many compliments on the color. The colors are much more vivid when you have the bag in front of you.

Well made sturdy canvas tote bag love the library card design and lovely blueish grey color. This is a nice good sized tote good enough to hold light things like an Ipad, makeup bag, wallet, coin purse, bento box that kind of stuff will not work for laptop or heavybooks. This tote would make a lovely gift for librarians, students and book lovers.

I teach writing so the Composition Notebook design of this bag just called to me. It is great for taking a binder or laptop to and from work. I have also used it for lunch or supplies, but not much else fits. I do like it, but it is small compared to my other canvas bags. Before buying, review the measurements and make sure it works for what you plan on carrying. This would not work as a shopping bag for me.

Fairly sturdy bag, although few strings are loose after using heavily for about 4 weeks. The length of this bag compared to its width is a little bit odd (it is just as pictured). Things tend to get a little bit lost at the bottom. While I can easily get my arm through the handle, I wish it was just a a few inches larger- I think it would stay on the shoulder better. The small inside pocket doesn't have a zipper and items typically won't stay inside of it. The image shown is the "front" of the bag, the back doesn't have the "author and title". Having said all of that, I still really like this bag and I think the concept is adorable. It can easily carry note pads and maybe one heavy book but I wouldn't use it as an only school bag. I use it as a daily carry all with wallet, personal items etc and it's great. I've had a few compliments too.

I've needed to use a tote bag for work lately, but the tote bags in my disposal are cheap looking shopping bags or old cloth bags from job fairs. I wanted something functional but cute. Since I love all things Star Wars, I picked this one. The black background is perfect that it won't stain easily like light-colored bags, the body of the bag is a good size without being too big, and you can't go wrong with Princess Leia and R2D2. My only quibble is the strap could be an inch longer. Otherwise, I see myself using this a lot in my commute, carrying my umbrella, my breakfast and lunch, and items for the pantry.

This was a strong and generously sized bag. I loved the design too - there are many others to choose from.
