What is the width between the legs please? Will my Mac Mini fit?

10.5 inches, 26.67 cm... no idea about you Mac though

Can this be used as a laptop table, whereby you can have it on your bed with your legs underneath?

It's probably a little too small for that. It's ideal for a desk though, i love mine.

What is the useable width under the unit? am thinking for a dvd player?

HI, I use this monitor stand for a hard drive recorder under a 54cm/21” TV and I think it’s great. My recorder is 30cm wide by 5cm high and it sits on top of the curved base “feet” very neatly – so not touching the work surface below. The inside measurements of the space from above the feet are 33cm at the widest point and 5.5cm high. If your device sits directly on the work surface below, between the inner ends of the curved “feet”, the available space is 26cm wide by 6.5cm high. Either way works well and is very tidy. Hope this helps. If you have any further queries, please ask.

Would I get a ps4 under this?

Sorry but I don’t know how big a PS4 is and I’m away on holiday at the moment so can’t measure up to give you a size.
