The box might be damaged but the product is very well protected because all pieces are individually wrapped.
I was a bit nervous when I received the box today. The box was torn open in a corner and a tube was sticking out of it. I assembled these VERY QUICKLY and I LOVE THEM!!!! I don't leave reviews very often, so this is a must trust, genuine review. If you're looking for stools for work, home and play, BUY THESE! I personally like the quarter backs. Posture is so crucial and these keep you well poised. Mine are set up at my checkout/reception desk at my pool shop. Great for those who come in for a quick purchase and even better for those who come in to chat for awhile!

Piston doesn't "hold up" (no pun intended)
Love the look and comfort, but the piston lets the chair down...literally and figuratively. At the highest setting, once you sit on it, your body weight (an average healthy adult body weight) lowers the chair about 6 inches. Not so great.

Great Kitchen Addition
I love the overall look of these stools! They won’t get much use since we hardly ever eat in the kitchen but I’m glad I have these nice guys at the kitchen island for the option. They were super easy to assemble and the plastic seat does not feel cheap. I will update much later if the quality changes.

Fantastic (easy to put together) product and customer service
Loved everything about this product.Super easy to put together by myself with all four done in under 25 mins.Comfortable and classy looking.Had an issue with the hydraulic sprung (through the box) on one of them; seller was incredibly helpful and immediately sent me replacement.Can't say enough about the product or customer service.

Awesome purchase
These bar stools are AMAZING! The price for them in my opinion was a steal! The ability for the stools to swivel and adjust is a win win. The fit in my home looks eloquent and sleek.Many bar stools out there are overly priced. There's a reason why these bar stools are a 5 star with all of the reviews. Everyone is saying 5he same thing. You will NOT regret this purchase.Also, the assembly is EASY....very easy.

Nice chairs for price
Nice quality chair, feel sturdy and well made, best was the price for all 4 chairs, word of advice if you have thick thighs they will hurt after a while under the thigh area, other than that very pleased.

Sweet and Light!
Was very easy to install. Super light and very modern looking. Easy cleaning with a messy toddler around. I love that it is all black. My hubby wanted a bar stool that had a back and this fit his list perfectly!

Good chairs!
Love love love these chairs! Company sent me the wrong ones but quickly remedied the situation. They are comfortable and durable. They swivel all they way around, have some small back support and fairly easy to put together
