Thank you ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fine for general wear, but too loose for deep mud *by D***N on 7 September 2026* These were decent wellies for the price and there was nothing particularly wrong with the quality, but the fit was quite loose around my foot and ankle. I bought them specifically for a festival and once I tried them on I realised the loose fit wasn’t going to work for what I needed. In deep, sticky mud my foot was sliding around inside the boot and I could easily see myself stepping forward and leaving the welly behind in the mud! For normal garden use, dog walking or somewhere you’re not dealing with really deep mud, I think they’d be absolutely fine. For a muddy festival though, I wanted something that felt much more secure on my feet. I returned these and went for a more fitted knee-high welly instead.
