These are high-density blocks in the true sense — they’re solid and don’t collapse when leaned on. I’ve used cheaper foam blocks before, and these are noticeably firmer and more stable. They’re lightweight but still feel durable, making them easy to move around during workouts. The size is standard and works well for yoga poses, stretching, and general mobility exercises. No strong chemical smell out of the package, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, these feel like quality blocks that should last a long time

Like the idea but couldn't get around the cost of the Squatty Potty or its equivalents. Bought these yoga blocks which provide 4, 6, or 9 inch propping for much less and find they are providing some bathrooming help.

I purchased three sets of these blocks, in 3 different colors. The quality of the blocks are great, and the colors are soft and very pretty. These are a great size and can easily be used with both my young daughters and myself. They are sturdy and can be used for many exercises. I did have an issue with one set of blocks that seemed to have arrived damaged, and they quickly sent me a new set with no questions asked. Would purchase again!

These yoga blocks feel sturdy and supportive, and the density is good for stability during stretches and poses. I like the size and overall quality. I’m giving 4 stars because the black surface seems to show fingerprints and marks pretty easily, so they need wiping more often than I expected. Other than that, they work great and feel durable.

Heavier built person, these do not compress that much. Great for mountain climbers and to get your hands off the ground. High recommend this product for yoga, calisthenics and other training.

Works great for gymnastics - bought to use with balance beam as obstacles. Nice quality and such a pretty color that matches their beam perfectly.
