Even though his co-author is more a trained psychologist (& meditator), but it all & inevitably falls in place when you have a strong & invincible anchorite (co-traveller or leader) in Sw. Rama, so a v. interesting & composite mixture /marriage /amalgamation of philosophy & pshchology, such a mix as is rare to find; atleast I have never come across such a inter-disciplinary mix which is wholesome & suave at the same time.

So many things you can learn from this, even it you are a psychologist, therapist, yoga'ist. The best part is with Swami Rama around, you dont have to worry if the subject will drift apart, he will not allow it. Even though his co-author is more a trained psychologist (& meditator), but it all & inevitably falls in place when you have a strong & invincible anchorite (co-traveller or leader) in Sw. Rama, so a v. interesting & composite mixture /marriage /amalgamation of philosophy & pshchology, such a mix as is rare to find; atleast I have never come across such a inter-disciplinary mix which is wholesome & suave at the same time.
