Worked fine for 3-4 days
After using it 3-4 daysI was getting BSOD frequently I even reseted my PC but still getting BSOD then II removed this ram and my PC was working fine

Product as described and working as expected
The product arrived on time, and is working as described; its running at 2400 MHz and not 2666 MHz (because my system supports RAM speeds up to 2400 MHz only).This perfectly matches the stick I already have, so both are now running in dual channel mode.I'm happy to see that my SSD's page file usage has shrunk to around 300 MB from 2/3GBs.Would definitely recommend this seller and the product.

REMOVE THE ALUMINUM HOLOGRAM STICKER!The RAM module is a fine piece however it has a major issue of the re-seller added aluminum hologram sticker SHORT-CIRCUITING the electronics on the module. Though it did not damage anything - it would make the computer crash or not boot sometimes. Removing the sticker - solved the problem for me.I had got it for my ASUS FX505DT - which had a slightly different module - HMA81GS6JJR8N (notice the first 'J' is different than the corresponding 'C' on this model). But this letter only specifies "chip die" revision number.In case if you have a different module (view using program - "CPUZ", Tab - 'SPD' : "Part number", refer to the "memory module part number" decoding document from the manufacturer; In my case : "SK Hynix"

Got a working one after replacement
The first time I got the product didn't worked.. it had a Samsung's label beneath the hynix label.. after which I applied for a replacement.. the replacement worked fine and the system recognised it as a hynix ram . But after installing the ram my keyboard started malfunctioning .

Worked the way I wanted

Well, it is just a stick of RAM. The product I got was the same one that was listed. Plus, it arrived way ahead of time despite needing to have it shipped to Australia. You can't go wrong with this if you need a similar SODIMM module.
