miR Set of 3 Lb Iron Weights for Weighted Vest 3LBS - 60LBS

Added weight to my MIR ruck vest. FIt the pockets perfectly. The addition upped the exertion for my walk.

Ordered (6) 3lb blocks for my weighted vest. Works perfectly for my Brute Force APC 3.0 vest. I walk every morning wearing my weighted vest and got to a point where 20 lbs was not enough. I ordered these because I didn't want to go buy bags of sand or pea gravel with a bunch left over. These fit perfectly in my vest and gave me an added 18 pounds, now my walks are a great workout to get my heart rate up. Solid thumbs up!!

These are some good solid chunks of heavy metal with some kind of hard paint coating on the outside or something of the sort. Cant tell, dont care. Whats important is that its heavy and fits in the MIR weight vest i got, and it does.

These seem to be a bit larger than some of our older MIR weights so it is a tight fit in some older vest pockets. Other than that small issue (the do finally fit but you have to work at it) they actually seem to be very accurate at weight of 3 lbs. Cast iron - the old style 1.5 lb. machined steel plates are not available anymore.

Maxed out my MIR vest to 60lbs - awesome product!

13 pcs. @ 3lbs. each helped to add 39lbs. to the vest, I already had but came with smaller 1/2lb. weights which are slim enough to double up in pockets for weights which brings the total weight of the vest to about 55lbs. Just what I needed.
