If you want to gain from the wisdom and experience of someone who's successfully removed tens of thousands of 3rd molars this is a must read! In this book Dr. Kim clearly details everything you will need to know including: radiographic interpretation, anesthesia, surgical flap design, soft tissue management, multiple sectioning techniques, which instruments to have and how to best use them, intentional coronectomy, suturing, and the list goes on. The book is filled with tons of pearls, and many entertaining and relevant personal lessons learned. I myself am a board certified periodontist, and have extracted my fair share of "fun" impacted 3rds over the past decade, yet I still found many useful tips and techniques in this book. Thank you for this labor of love!

This book is very good if you want to improve your third molar extraction skills. I’ve learned how to remove wisdom more safely and more efficiently. It’s very easy to read and has slot of clinical photos. Highly recommend this book if you want to start doing wisdom teeth or want to improve your extraction skill.

Very well written and detailed book for learning how to extract third molars. The concepts that are written in this book can also be applied to surgical extractions of all teeth. Reading this book has increased my skill as a clinician and gives very practical advice to practice in a safe manner. I would recommend to any dental surgeon wishing to learn more about the principles of oral surgery to increase their skills with difficult extractions. Also, I am sitting in his course right now which made me realize that not only is Dr. Kim a genius, he is also a very handsome, good looking guy!

100% recommend Dr. Kim’s textbook for wisdom teeth extraction. It is easy to read and you will find much knowledge in how he tackles extraction. No wonder he is the most famous dentist in Korea!

This book is so helpful and practical to use in your everyday practice. He also explains the science behind why his technique works for the easy and safe extractions!

Ive been performing many simple to surgical extractions with the exception of third molars due to fear :( But after taking his 2-days third molar extraction course, I bought this book and the next day I began to perform third molar extractions!! Patients who were waiting for their os referral appointments came back to me to get their third molars extracted! And most times it took 5-10 min.. as simple as Dr Kim had reiterated during his course & in his book. About 90% of cases that I would have referred in the past are now performed in my clinic :) I strongly recommend learning Dr Kim’s techniques!
