I purchased the largest size of this sun shade for use in my 2001 Dodge Ram pickup. The truck is parked for long periods outside and, worst of all, directly facing the west. I've tried a few sun screens which worked OK for the most part, but which didn't entirely block the windshield and often sagged out of place. I decided to spend a couple of extra bucks to get a large, heavy duty sun shade. The difference is remarkable and is the reason for this five star review. The Premium Car Shade is BIG. It actually wedges between the side pillars of my pickup...it would cover an even larger window. The Shade is also stiff. Once the visors are flipped down over the top of the shade screen, there will be no worry that it will slip or sag out of position. It's there to stay. Also, there is extra shade material to give a rectangular shape, even though the 'springs' are circular. In other words, the corners are covered. The material is coated silver on the exterior facing side and black on the interior. Believe me, it blocks out ALL light. Getting into my poor old 'weekend warrior' pickup after it's been sitting all week in 100 degree weather is going to be a lot more enjoyable this summer. This was a good purchase.

Works so well! No more sitting on hot leather seats, And a burning steering wheel! It’s so easy to slip on, I just use my visors to hold it in place- no annoying strings or suction cups. I drive a Mountaineer and it fits perfect! Full coverage and easy to to slip off and throw on my back seat.

I really like this shade. It very compact and doesn't take up much room when it's folded. But is impressive when opened up.I was actually worried when I first saw it. I thought I had ordered the wrong size. Nope it does the job just fine!I especially like how the fabric around the shade fills up any "loose spots" that the circles don't cover. When this shade is in place there is zero sun coming through.The XL should fit any full size truck or SUV. I have a '15 Ram 2500 and it's perfect.There is no "custom fit" that you need to worry about. The circle shades can be moved to fit your windshield.

So far this sun shade seems OK. I bought a large for my Subaru Tribecca because the two separate panels I was using were for a smaller car and left big gaps in the corners. This one is the right size, but it doesn't stay in the window very well. I have to use the straps to attach them to the visors every time or it falls straight down. That takes extra time. My old square 2-piece system could be wedged into the windshield frame, but these are ovals and that won't work. So putting it up is a little tedious. Plus, the extra flaps in the corners that are supposed to cover the entire window don't have any inner support, so they just flop down.. This shade has the potential of being awesome because it could cover my entire window with no gaps, but it isn't designed for the corners to stay up or for it to go on very easily.I do love the pouch that it comes in/stores away in.I've had no trouble collapsing it because my old sun shades folded up the same way.The fabric quality is fine, but no better than my old ones.Overall, I think this works fine, but if I found a better design out there, I'd probably switch.

This is a great car shade. It unfolds and installs quickly, and uninstalls and unfolds equally quickly ... less than 30 seconds either way. I like how it comes with a pouch in which to store it when not in use. This not only stores quickly, but it is compact and will not "burst" open when not expected. I like how there is extra fabric in the corners and between the discs to provide nearly 100% coverage of the windshield inside surface. With my Florida location, I was concerned about accumulated sun damage to my vehicle's interior, but now I am not. If anyone has a late model Toyota Tacoma, I purchased the large for my 2013, and it fits quite snuggly. I think the XL will be too big for this vehicle.It is a great price, and I don't think there is anything that needs to be improved. As the picture shows, if it's good enough for a Bentley Continental, it's good enough for my pickup.

I like that it fits the whole windshield so I get full coverage. However, I have yet to master "folding" it to fit into the case. Somehow my second "twist" just does nothing beyond frustrating me. However, My husband can do it easily.

The sunshade arrived on time in a box large enough to hold the shade. Packaging was a plastic bag that was easily moved. The shade was folded up and came in a pouch? This made the storage easy, just fold, place in pouch, and slide under seat. I don't think putting it the side compartment of the door is a good idea because it could fall out. I found one in the gutter. With a little cleaning I used it for more than 4 years. This shade covered all of window of my Camry and my car felt cooler. I am impressed so far that the product works well as promised.

I really like my car sunshade. I use it every day. I have made some modifications. I purchased a very large one and with it being one piece, it was not staying up properly. Normally, I could lower the visors and it would hold the sunshade up, BUT (1) my right visor, the mirror kept flopping out, and (2) my left visor has one of those things were you place items, my pens kept falling out. So to avoid all these mishaps, I cut my sunshade in half down the middle. Not the right and left wired shades overlap each other and will tuck up behind the bottom of my visors. If I had any complaints, I would wish the wire was a bit stiffer and I have to be extra careful to get the two pieces just right or it won't fold as easily as others I have had in the past. BTW, this was true before I cut it in two, I had to hold it just so to get it to fold. NOW the main reason I bought this one was because it is made of fabric and is much quieter than a crinkly material one I had before. If you are on the phone while you are putting up or taking down that old one it would block your conversation because your couldn't hear each other.
