Steps: 1. Go through the measurements, and pick the desired size and cut the elastic for your headband! 2. Heat seal the ends for Fold over elastic and glitter elastics using a lighter(optional, but preferred!) Now overlap the ends together using hot glue with a hot temp glue gun. 3. Choose the flower heads, or couple if you like, or more, and start accessorizing. Add the bling button for that extra sparkle!(optional) 4.
