Its definitely works when taken before and during consumption of alcohol. After the onset of hangover is questionable, self assessment may be necessary. I failed to notice that the product is "DHM Complex" which means diluted with rice powder and probably only a small percentage of the product is actually DHM. Me and wife have used several brands and all were effective until we tried this one.

Alot of these work with this ingredient and nac and b vitamins... I had just a little wine last night and tried this. I feel shaky and weird and left work early. Scared to try again.

This is for 340 mg of DHM complex. This doesn’t state how much DHM is actually in this “complex”. It could technically be 1mg.

I don't know whether or not it's a placebo effect or it actually works, but I for sure feel a little bit better the next day if taking these before bed.

I didn't purchase this product. I do want to point out the lack of clear ingredient information. If I hadn't read all the information listed then I wouldn't have found out that they put peppermint in this supplement. Which I'm very allergic to.Seller must list complete ingredients for product.
