The color cartridge worked fine, but had a issue with the black cartridge. I contacted seller, they immediately sent out replacement cartridges. Those worked great.

Currently working with Customer Service as the cartridge isn't working with my Envy. Sending me a new set. Will update after2 days later - I received a replacement cartridge and it worked. Customer Service was helpful and helped resolve issue I had to get my cartridge working. Was shipped fast 1-2 days, at no charge to me, which was the next day I received

The item was as stated but failed to work in my printer . I have used your product before and had no trouble . In fact when I put the old cartridge back in, it wants to work just empty. I have no idea why the new one won’t work.

I just ordered a set for my printer. I was having a problem with the black ink cartridge and decided to call Smart Inks customer service. They picked up very quickly and Ory was very helpful in resolving my issue. Smart Ink has very good CS and thank you Ory for your help.******As an update, I received a new black cartridge the following day. Works great and I just had a follow up email to make sure the cartridge worked. I highly recommend Smart Ink for your cartridge needs. Fast shipping, fantastic customer service and follow up. Have only installed the color cartridge so far in my HP Envy 4500 printer. Easy install, no issues, did the scan alignment page and it works great.Color prints very nicely. If price stays reasonable will definitely purchase again.Update: was getting error messages, requesting replacement of color cartridge. Contacted support through their live chat, made easy by a QR code on the box. Ran a few troubleshooting ideas, didn't work, so they sent out a replacement set of color and black - arrived in 2 days, which was great. Has been working well for a week now with no issues.Great customer support, printing looks good too.
