We rescued a kitten and decided to keep her. We picked up some sand on the road and put it in a box to make a litter box for her. Although it worked initially and considering monsoon we had to keep the box inside the house. The house smelled terribly. I was super upset. Out of desperation i ordered petcrux after reading all the reviews. I cant tell you how happy i am. There is no smell, instead it smells like lavender even when you are cleaning so you don't feel disgusted. It is super super hygenic and clumps even her pee instantly which locks odor & makes disposing a clean affair. A 10kg pack will last you a month. My first usage about 2kg is still going strong and fresh even after one full week,. this is worth every penny. Go for it.

Pros: 1. Clumping and absorbency are excellent. I have used cat litter from other brands as well. This one is the best so far. 2. This litter clumps very quickly and forms a proper mass; this helps in easy clumping. 3. Little to no dust. 4. I have noticed hardly any odor so far. Cons: 1. This is flavored cat litter (lavender scent, which is amazing). Though the smell is good, it is way too strong for our furry friends. The scent however goes away over time. 2. You need to maintain a level of about 7 cm in the litter tray for proper clumping. Otherwise, there will be odor, the wet litter sticks to the base of the tray and the cats get irritated because there wont be sufficient litter to dig in or cover up the pee/poo. Other info: --If you do not maintain this level of atleast 7 cm, you will have to scoop the litter very often which can be a daunting and gross task due to the smell and litter sticking to the base of the tray. --I have three 2 month old kittens now and I scoop the litter twice a day (morning and evening). Keeping the tray full is very helpful and it does not create a mess even when there are 3 cats. --Another advantage of maintaining high level of litter is that you will not require any litter tray bedding. Overall, it is a good product and I highly recommend it. I hope this information helps you pet parents!

I have 3 cats. My struggle to find the right litter which isn't very costly, has instant clumping phenomena, easy to clean, odour less etc. got me to try this one. It's just been a week. I am sooo happy I bought it. It takes me 2-3 minutes to clean all the trays. There is not a single drop of urine that touches the bottom of the tray. I guess it clumps literally in few seconds. There is no strong fragrance to this litter neither I can smell the poop or urine. Not even when I'm cleaning the tray, no kidding. Even though the weather is moist due to monsoons, this litter is always dry. This is a life saver!

This litter sand has an amazing capability of clumping. I have used another sand before and it was a waste didn't clump pee and used to smell a lot. Then ordered this one and it saved my day. Pee gets clumped which is easy to remove. Less smell. I change it in a month one packet. And my kitten absolutely loves going in this sand. I clean his litter box daily. And he is happy and healthy with this. Pros - Pee gets clumped Easy to scoop out pee and poop Litter box is clean and fresh as compared to other sands which are horrible smelling Litter box doesn't smell (not 100% which is obvious) Cons - Only one, Sometime it gets stuck in my kitten's paws and he is persian so have to remove it and sometimes my kitten scream as I tried to remove it from his paw hair.

Quality was good earlier, now bad ALSO ITS NOT 5KG, less tgan 4kg. Need to take them to consumer court. Blatant illegal action. Check video posted by someone

Useless item. It's not litter. Can't dryup. Looks like "mitty".it is completely useless. Never makes ball. Someone should check before sending. Totally useless. I purchase 2 pkts.its more costlier then the brand I am using. This was my first experience with this brand. Sorry,I do not recommend. Picture Shaw's the diffrence in colour of both the pkts of litter. What is the solution of my purchase?

I used to use Pet Crux Cat Litter. But with the last order of 5Kg (Pack of 2 - Total 10 kg), I saw a significant decrease in quality of the product. Firstly, the product contained lot of dust and litter being of very tiny size which do not even get caught under the litter scooper. This is causing a lot of dust around the litter box and its not good for the cats health as well. This was not the case with same product that I had ordered initially. Secondly, Petcrux claims this product has “anti-odor properties” with “Lavender and Lemon” essence. I could not smell a hint of Lavender and Lemon on the latest order of 10 KG. I clean the litter tray everyday and I need to highlight that there is no such strong stench however the Lavender and Lemon smell is not noticed even when the pack was new.

Firstly- I don't know why some folks complain that the sand doesn't remove smell and bla bla bla. Listen sweetie, cat poops doesn't just automatically disappear after u poured it in the litter box.. u have to manually scoop it out every time our babies poop or peed. Full time job.. Ok? Clear? 2nd- if u don't clean, it will obviously smell bad. 3rd- this product doesn't emit stench like that if u clean in time. I have 2 cats and am an experienced user. The poop and pee usually turn into a ball and it's very easy to scoop it out. Save a lot of sand too. 4th- flush it down the toilet. Dont worry. Doesn't clog(not mention on the package though) 5th & the only CONS- I wish it comes in 25 kg bag with more discounts.. LASTLY- I hope the seller read this review and think about the 5th point i made. Thankus kitty folks :-)
