I have used various Banyan Botanical products for a while now. I love them all. This product is absolutely THE BEST. Recently, I tapered myself off the drug Effexor (for menopause) , which has serious known, horrible withdraw symptoms. Within 24 hours of taking Adrenal nourish, the withdrawal symptoms went away, completely. As I have been taking this for a little over a month now, I feel calm, energised, and over amazing. I’ve been struggling with anxiety and anxiety attacks for the last year. A friend recommended Banyan Botanicals to me. The taste was subtle and soothing to me- like green tea. They’re pretty small and easy to swallow. I took 2 in the morning and noticed a definite sense of calm- but a natural feeling. Great potent product. Quality is amazing. Piece of advice - these are very powerful herbs, take it slow, very slow, build up to it, give your body some time to adjust. Everybody is different some will take less time to adjust some will long, work with your body and you will not regret. Enjoy

I started by taking 1 adrenal nourish tablet each day for 5 days. I wasn't really noticing much of a difference and then I came down with a cold. I upped my intake to 2 tablets a day. I don't know if that mattered, but my cold was not as severe as some recent colds I have had. In addition, once my cold started to subside, I did notice I wasn't as tired as I was before, nothing major but a slight improvement. It's been about 2 weeks taking 2 tablets a day and I will continue on this regimen and hope to see even more positive results.

I heard about this through a wellness podcast and decided to try it. So far so good. It hasn’t been a month yet, but I have noticed a calmness as of late and I like it!
