commountain 2-Pin Speaker Mic for Kenwood Radios Walkie Talkies

Perfect for what I use it for. I am a Police Officer in a high school so I carry two radios. One for the police department and one for the school. I purchased this to use for the school radio and it works great. It is small enough where I can clip it pretty much anywhere on my uniform. Sound quality is great, I recommend this mic.

This isn't your typical cheapo speaker mic - it's build quality is right up there with the Motorola mics I used to get for our old analog radios. The plastic housing is heavy duty with a substantial adjustable clip. The coiled wire is a heavier than normal gauge with good stress reliefs on each end. Volume is loud and clear, voice clarity is very good. The 3.5mm jack allows you to connect an earpiece directly to the speaker for more covert operation. Have quite a few of these, will absolutely purchase more when needed. Had one which was DOA out of approx 15 that I've owned, seller was quick to replace. 110% recommended. They also have a version of this mic with the old Motorola plug type which fits the CP200 series radios, can highly recommend those as well.

Great little setup. It is durable and has survived several rain storms. Makes it easier to communicate without having to pick up the radio. Very loud and clear speaker and no issues with transmitting.

Good little radio shoulder mic for radios with Kenwood 2-audio pin connection, excellent audio, sturdy built. I did discover last night that if you key the radio on the radio and talk into the mic, no audio will transmit so you MUST key the button on the mic (not the radio) in order to transmit.

This is a solid microphone for my Kenwood TH-D75A hand held transceiver the right size, the clip is excellent it looks rugged and the cord is the right length from my hip to my collar good work Commountain!!!

This mic is with out doubt hands down positively out performs all of the other cheaper costing mics out there. 👍👍

Needed this for our ski patrol Kenwood radios. Nice quality for the money, we will see how it holds up

Amazing quality! I've used the cheaper Baofeng and off brands and they don't even come close to the quality of this Commountain speaker. Very clear and the PTT button is much smoother with no annoying click to it. This is the only one I'll use from now on! Get the ear piece with it! You'll never regret it!
