UltraBeets, Pure Beetroot Powder Superfood Supplement, 30 Servings

I was looking for something natural to give me energy that last through out the day. I read a lot of articles toting the benefits of beets. I dislike the taste of beets so I was looking for alternatives to eating them raw when I came across Dr. Kara’s page on Amazon. To my surprise I loved the taste. I mix it in my smoothie in the morning and it gives me the energy I need all day long. The plus side is my blood pressure is down also. I’m on my feet all day and I no longer wake up stiff and sore. I’m not sure of all the science behind this product but I’m sold and I will continue to add it to my smoothies every morning.

I bought this a month ago and have used it daily. I have high blood pressure and severe back pain due to degenerative disks. It is not a cure all, but I believe it has helped my circulation and inflammation. The taste, when mixed with water is terrible. I started mixing it with organic apple juice. I let it dissolve in the apple juice, takes like 5 minutes, then stir it. It is actually delicious that way. It is also not gritty at all that way, since it dissolves on it's own. When I stirred it and drank it immediately, it was still a little gritty. It is awesome with the apple juice though.

Found that this provides great energy when combined with powered Arginine. Don't care for the taste of beets but this formulation is good with very little earthy taste; it's a little expensive and has a funky measuring device. The included measuring "cup" has a cap. If you fill the cup and close the cap for an accurate dose then, when it's opened, you are blessed with fine beet powder all over the place. This and its expense is why I gave it a four and not a five

Before I wrote a review I wanted to see first hand if the "super beet" craze is all it's purported to be. (Disclaimer: I LOVE beets fixed most any way; especially spicy pickled!) I wanted to see if it would, in fact, give me more energy and improve my circulation. As to the former, I HAVE noticed an energy level increase. Around 3 pm each day I felt like someone had "pulled my plug". I could almost set time to my drop in energy. I started drinking it in the afternoon, and could tell a difference within the first week. As for circulation, well my hands and feet don't seem to be as cold as they have been. This is the only super beet product that I've tried, but it isn't too bad. I drink it hot water. I've tried it by itself with a squirt of lime or lemon, but my favorite is mixing it with powdered Tang and sometimes a decaf tea bag. It IS on the sweet side; similar to drinking hot cherry Jell-O, but then I like hot Jell-O. The Tang or lime juice helps to off-set the sweetness. What I don't like is the grittiness in the last 1/3 of the cup, but after trying several techniques to dissolve the powder have decided that it's something I'll just live with. I read another review that mentioned having, "...white specks in the powder." They are in mine as well, but I figured it was from the apples which they add for flavor. I'm still drinking it, and haven't noticed any adverse side effects. (Manufacturer: if the white specks are NOT supposed to be there, PLEASE let me know!) To sum up: I have noticed a boost in energy, and an improvement in my circulation. The product is not convenient for traveling so I bought the capsules. I haven't tried them yet, but I'm sure they're not going to be nearly as good with Tang or tea as this is. Will probably buy this same product again.

I heard the commercials about beets for health, but some online reviews recommended KaraMD over Superbeets. So many "health" products touted today; I was skeptical. Increased blood flow caught my attention, as I was experiencing some foot tingling due to type 2 diabetes (I am 64, and weigh 194). I am on my second jar, and I have to say that the effects have kicked in. I don't know how to explain it, but I can certainly feel the difference in my feet. They were not bad, but nonetheless seem nearly normal to me again. My job is very physical, 8 hours on a hard floor, and I can handle it quite well. I look forward to my evening "highball" of KaraMD on ice, and maybe some reading or a movie. The color is enticing; the flavor satisfying. My wife says I made a good purchase.

What I liked about the product was it tasted good and i believe it help it doing what it claims but the last 2 containers i purchased one was very light in color and tasted horrible. So i called the customer service number on jar. I was told nothing would probably be done. I have not heard a word since i called over a week ago. Now i may pursue another product since it appears they wont stand behind theirs. I wont give a good review to any product if the manufacturer wont stand behind it.

After doing some research on beet powders, this one was rated high for quality and taste. I am enjoying it! I am noticing a difference in how I feel since I've been using it for the last week or so. The tub is smaller than I thought, but you don't use much when taking the recommended dose each day, so it should last a month or so. I will likely repurchase when I'm out of the current tub.

I have tried a bunch of beets powders, but this one really did it for me!!! My order arrived fast, the container is super nice and the powder mixed well. This blend is priced way better for what you get than any others and frankly it really tastes better! Been using it every day and I can really feel the energy kick it gives me. I will buy again without question, love UltraBeets!!!
